At noon today Benefactor will be closed to users - forever! At 5 pm, Colleague will be closed to users until Tuesday August 11th at 8 am when it will re-open for all users and Colleague Advancement will debut!

Starting 8 am Friday August 7th, Colleague users will be able to access the Colleague test account to view data, which will be current as of 5 pm 8/5/09. They should not make any updates to data in the test account, as these updates will not be in production when they log in on Tuesday and will need to be re-entered.

Note that there will be no test account access for Benefactor users during the conversion period. Benefactor users will have no data access for the period from noon on August 8th to 8 am August 11th.

We are live on Colleague Advancement!

Access to Colleague is now open to all users, with Benefactor users now using the new Colleague Advancement module.

Everyone should be sure to log in to the R18-production environment from now on. You will see a blue background in the header area -if your header background is red, you are in a test or training account and should log out.
